Actually I can blame my mother and her then BF because they bought it, then I did so much work to it, they gave me the title for my hours working on it... So really, I didn’t buy one. Though, what a great car...

Fantastic car to drive but they have a bit of a reputation for being unreliable. That said, I’ve put 40k miles on mine with zero issues to report.

Yes, Oh My Freaking God, it took me aproximately 3 to 3 1/2 months to sell my old 06 Convertible S back then!! It was a nightmare, I’m in the capital of my country and still it took someone from Playa del Carmen to come and buy it and drive it back, he was the only guy who came to see it and it took ages, I almost traded it in I got so crazy when trying to sell it...
You have to price it right though and then it becomes easier, here in Mexico at least it can take less than a week if you price it right.

Life just doesn’t work that way, though...
When I priced it right though I was only missing the mark by about $1,000 USD so, relatively, not a lot of money made a HUGE difference, it got bought within the week.

Well, I don’t think it’s your ad.
The last car my dad had before he passed away was an ‘06 Cooper S. A fitting last car for a man who once owned an Austin Healey 3000. He didn’t put many miles on it, but had no issues, just sched maint.
Even though it seems fat at first glance, especially when compared to the original Mini, the car did work as advertised, a FWD turbo hatch BMW in all but name.
Unfortunately the reputation of this car used will deter some buyers, but not all. Some may not care because they want the car that much, others may not know.
I think it’s your price, but I don’t know your local market. Consider pitching it a bit lower, perhaps?

Also, don’t forget to include the names of every. car. ever. made. somewhere in the ad so it shows up on every possible search.
